BECOME A WEBFACTORY REGIONAL PARTNER
As a WF Regional Partner "WFRP", you will be able to create your own market.
With this 'turnkey' opportunity, you can start building your business immediately by offering WF websites to your clients.
The cost of becoming a WF Regional Partner is €500 and the annual support fee is €240.
These fees will be deducted from future commissions, no advance payments are required.
All invoicing and contracting to the client(s) will be done by Webfactory Eood (Webfactory Bulgaria).
All sales generated by the ‘WFRP’ shall be commissionable based on achieved monthly sales.
Sales of €9,999.99 or less in the previous month will be awarded 10% commission; sales of €10,000 to €19,999.99 will be awarded 15% commission and sales of €20,000.00 or higher will be awarded 20% commission.
In addition, a ‘WFRP’ will receive 2% over any new WF Regional Partner (WFRP) that was referred to this programme for as long as the referring WFRP is active.
Alternatively the ‘WFRP’ is allowed to quote a reasonable price based on a net price from WF and the ‘WFRP’ will receive the balance amount.
Commissions due to the ‘WFRP’ will be paid in the second week of every month following the roll-out and final payment. Commissions shall be paid on the ‘gross/bruto’ value of the issued invoices before ‘DDC/VAT/BTW”.

The agreement will initially serve for a trial period of six months. After this period has been completed in a mutually satisfactory manner, the agreement shall be extended by one year and will become automatically renewable on an annual basis and either party may terminate the agreement by giving 60 days notice in writing to the other party.
